Office Admin/PA A great opportunity in the Southgate area for an Office Admin/PA. Our Client has an opening in their offices for the right person. They are a really lovely company who are very friendly and looking to be organised. This is a very diverse and interesting role working directly with the Company Director and Operation Manager. The Admin/PA Role: My Client is looking for someone who has digital capability using XERO and be able to think in a technological way. They will be responsible for renewals of annual subscriptions, being a part of the supporting team as well as some PA work in keeping control of all things admin. A large portion of your time will not only be Admin/PA functions but will also be working closely with the Head of Operations with systems and processes around operations and maintenance management, It would be advantageous if you had experience with Simpro and XERO, however this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideal Admin/PA Candidate: The ideal candidate must have general office management skills and be able to demonstrate this and be easy going but hard working person. Must be super organised and have a strong understanding of social media and all things related to current digital marketing platforms. You will be a fast learner and be able to demonstrate great organisation skills.
